Did you ever think that your dentist could help you not only keep your teeth healthy, but your body healthy in general?
Keeping good teeth is not just a matter of aesthetics. It is also a guarantee of good appearance, well-being and general health. For example, teeth in the right position are necessary for good bite and chewing to avoid digestive problems, but without them, good voice production is inconceivable. The role of the jaws is not limited to fixing the teeth, and their sufficiently good position is essential for maintaining "facial height". This means that if teeth are missing, the shape of the face is altered and the harmonious appearance is lost.
Do you want to keep your teeth in good health for a long time?
With a modern approach, we do everything we can to keep our patients' teeth. Our aim is to ensure that, if possible, there is no or minimal tooth loss in old age. In this way, they can achieve a better quality of life by having their dentition retained - or at least replaced in time.
At our dental practice, we believe that long-term patient satisfaction is the true measure of our work, so we use the latest materials and procedures to achieve this every day.
Dental prosthetics
Tooth replacement is a set of dental procedures that are used when part or all of a patient's tooth is missing, or when the tooth itself is in a condition that is beyond repair.
Prosthodontics can be:
- fixed, or fixed restorations (such as crowns, bridges or dentures)
- removable (or fixed, removable) dentures.
In any situation in life, whether due to an accident or deteriorating health, there may be a time when the need for a dental restoration becomes unavoidable.
You can count on Grünberg Dentistry in such cases. After a thorough assessment, we also carry out prosthodontic procedures with care and according to an agreed schedule discussed with the patient.
Proper care, cleaning and regular check-ups are also very important for dentures after treatment. We will explain the cleaning in detail at the end of the treatment and inform you about the tools you should use in your daily routine. The rest is up to the patient.
If you need a tooth replacement or are no longer satisfied with your previous one, come to us and we will help you find the best solution!

Dental implants
Dental implantation - tooth replacement - is the most modern method of replacing missing teeth, an intervention that causes the least damage to other teeth and has an outstanding long-term success rate.
This scientifically based, clinically proven method replaces missing teeth by implanting "artificial roots", also known as dental implants, and specially designed crowns and bridges.
The aim of this implant procedure is to create a perfectly usable and aesthetic tooth replacement or replacements.
The implantation procedure involves a titanium screw (artificial root) being built into the jawbone and a superstructure being made to faithfully reflect the original anatomical features of the teeth. The replacements are very similar to natural teeth, with almost no difference between the implant and the real tooth.
Dental implantation requires a lot of attention, careful planning, precision work and a high level of professionalism. Dr. Grünberg is a highly qualified and experienced dentist who performs implantation surgery with the help of a competent assistant, modern technical equipment and a solid hygiene background.
The advantage of implantation is that
- provides greater stability and a greater sense of security than traditional replacements (no awkward slipping);
- provides an excellent aesthetic effect;
- implants can restore almost perfect chewing function;
- not painful to use: because it is fixed in the bone, it does not break the gums;
- improves the quality of life;
- is durable and has an outstanding long-term track record.
If you're looking for a long-term, maximum aesthetic solution to restore the fullness of your smile and the health of your teeth, look no further than Grünberg Dentistry.

X-ray, CT
Dental X-rays are an essential tool for a complete and thorough diagnosis. It plays a major role in the detection of hidden lesions that cannot be detected even by the most thorough clinical examinations.
Such as:
- decay under the old filling;
- the caries processes that have started on the facing surfaces of the teeth,
- deep inflammatory reactions in periodontal diseases,
- a chronic inflammatory nodule around the tip of the root of a tooth due to an imperfect root filling,
- bone pockets due to bone atrophy, or
- various oral cystic lesions.
Dental X-rays can be small radiographs, when you want to examine the condition of a single tooth in greater resolution, or panoramic radiography, which gives an image of the entire dentition.
Dental X-rays are low-dose and low-risk, as the patient wears a lead vest for their own protection during the scan. X-rays are completely painless.
Dental X-rays may be required at almost any time, for example during root canal treatment, for a condition assessment, a dental check-up or for special dental procedures (bone grafting or dental implants).
The good news is that Grünberg Dentistry now has state-of-the-art equipment for perfect imaging. This means that our patients can now have this service even more conveniently "in-house".

Oral surgery
Oral surgery includes procedures that are performed using surgical methods and instruments. Patients are referred for oral surgery by dentists when dental diseases cannot be safely treated by general dentistry and the surgical intervention is beyond the scope of everyday dental care.
When is it recommended to see an oral surgeon?
- replacement of missing teeth in the case of dental implants;
- for bone replacement if your bone stock is inadequate;
- for the surgical removal of fractured tooth roots;
- for the removal of teeth that are in an abnormal position or stuck in their development;
- for non-healing lesions around the root tip;
- for the treatment of sores and inflammations in the oral cavity.
In our clinic, we use state-of-the-art dental and oral surgery equipment and devices to achieve lasting and aesthetic results. Our highly trained staff have years of experience and can be relied upon to advise you during the post-treatment recovery period, and to provide you with prescriptions to support a smooth recovery in case of inflammation or pain.
Can oral surgery be painful?
Thanks to the use of modern anaesthetics, you will not feel any of the treatment during the procedure. During the recovery period, our doctors will prescribe painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs, depending on the severity of the operation.
What to look out for after oral surgery?
In the first few hours, you should not suction or irrigate the surgical wound, so that the wound edges, which are fixed with sutures, heal and adhere as quickly as possible.
The prescribed medication must be taken as prescribed to ensure that the surgical site heals without complications and in the shortest possible time.
During the healing period, you should pay extra attention to brushing your teeth thoroughly! The affected area should only be cleaned gently, possibly with a toothbrush with softer bristles.
No dairy products for the first 2 days after the procedure!
NO SMOKING in the first days of recovery!
You should ice the affected area for the first 24 hours after surgery, as it may swell in the first 1-2 days after surgery.
During the first days of recovery, you should not lift, do heavy physical work or exercise.
If the procedure was done near the sinus cavity, blowing the nose should be done with caution!
A small amount of blood leakage the day after the procedure is normal, but if it is persistent, please contact our staff!
What will happen and how?
At the first examination, you will be asked targeted questions to determine the treatment you need.
- dental problems,
- habits (eating, speaking, facial expressions),
- habitus (stress at work, teeth grinding at night), possible
- diseases (cardiovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, diabetes, infectious diseases, allergies)
This information is part of the accurate diagnosis and is essential for starting the right treatment.
Then comes the physical examination
- the teeth, the gums,
- the surrounding soft tissues,
- the entire oral cavity and
- the condition of the extraoral (outside the mouth) areas.
Based on preliminary tests and results, we will propose a personalised treatment schedule for you.
