Description
The bone profile 1 test provides information on the factors that influence the basic composition of bones. The package includes the measurement of the ions (Ca, P, Mg, Na) necessary for bone composition and the determination of vitamin D3, which is necessary for the absorption of Ca. The determination of osteocalcin, a biochemical marker of bone cells, provides information on the function of bone-forming cells. The mineral density of bone is assisted by vitamin B12. The function of bone metabolism is indicated by ALP, Ca and P values together.
The bone profile 2 test is complementary to the above and examines the hormonal regulation of bone (iPTH, PTH, calcitonin), kidney function, uric acid (UA) and rheumatoid factor (RF), which is also an indicator of joint and bone inflammation.

10. Absorption disorder profile package
Description
Absorption dysfunction profile package measurements are recommended in cases of abnormal leanness resulting from non-dieting. In the case of malabsorption, the absorptive surface is reduced due to damage to the intestinal tubules and the absorption efficiency is impaired. The package tests liver and kidney function, levels of hormones that affect digestion, and measures vitamin and iron deficiencies. It provides information on possible celiac disease.
In the case of flour (gluten) sensitivity (coeliac condition), the intestinal lining is also damaged. Symptoms include hair loss and brittle nails, in addition to thinness. Celiac disease is an autoimmune disease. The most sensitive laboratory test for celiac disease is the tissue transgutaminase antibody (tTG IgA and IgG, ATTG IgA and IgG).
The method is also suitable for screening and monitoring treatment.
A quantitative immunoglobulin A (IgA) determination helps to rule out false negative results (sometimes an individual may not produce enough IgA, but still have celiac disease). In the case of low total IgA, it is advisable to perform the deamidated gliadin protein (DGP) IgG test to determine positivity.
The results of an absorption disorder laboratory test alone are not sufficient to make a diagnosis. The tests in the package
